The goal is to create a residential quarter which would be more of an urban development than a suburban residential zone. The primary communication framework will therefore have a clearly structured hierarchy; the concept considers building public and semi-public areas, pedestrian corridors and public greenery. In the centre of the future development, there are areas for civic amenities and commercial units supplementing the function of housing in this complex and the adjacent housing estate.
